A self-paced program of responding to the most critical questions for an organisation to crystallise thinking about what you are, where you want to go and how you can plan to take your members there. Conducted via zoom or FaceTime meetings at the start and end of key milestones. Discussion documents can be downloaded from this site (with an access code) or emailed as homework between meetings

Organisation succession planning

Post GFC, post-COVID pandemic, post changes in Governments and their policies, many groups and individuals have found themselves staring at an uncertain future. Many of the traditional methods of operating have seemed to lose effectiveness or dried up completely.
